Start your return or exchange request through your account within 7 days of delivery.
Securely pack your item with all original packaging and tags. Our team will schedule a pickup.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7-10 days or ship your exchange.
Go to 'My Orders' in your account, select the product you want to return or exchange. Put in your request with reason and photos if needed. Our support will review your request and schedule a pickup.
Customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned. All other items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 working days. For COD orders, the amount will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer after confirmation.
We offer one-time free exchange for size or color if available. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
