  • • Put in your request, with a reason and photos if needed.
  • • Our support will review your request and schedule a pickup.
  • • Once it is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds:

  • • Refunds are reimbursed to you through your original payment method (up to 7-10 working days).
  • • For COD orders, the amount will be put back as store credit or a bank transfer (upon confirmation).

Exchange Policy

  • • One-time free exchange for size or colour (if available).
  • • Exchanges are subject to availability.
